Aloha everyone I am Ariella and I am the Owner & Operator of The Dish Hawaii. I have a store front in China Town and a Food Truck. I provide Personalized Meal Preps, in-home food Services, Custom Catering, Healthy Eating Plans & Evaluations, Sanitation courses by ServSafe. I love to collaborate & vend at events! I am contracted with a TV Network that I provide content for called FoodyTv I have been in the food service industry for over 18 years specifically in restaurant management at an executive corporate level. I am a Competing Chef and QSR advisor (Quick Service Restaurant), a nutritionist, & event planner etc…

Q: Do you offer weekly meal orders?
Yes — we release weekly menu drops with pre-order windows. Once sold out, they’re gone until next week, so get in early.
Q: Do you cater events?
Absolutely. We offer custom catering for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, private chef experiences, and luxury celebrations. Fill out our catering form to get started.
Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — gluten-free, dairy-free, halal-friendly, and vegetarian accommodations can be made depending on the menu item or service. Please inquire before ordering.
